CD Roofing and Construction Ltd. provides residential and commercial roofing and construction services, including roof replacement, roof repair, flat roofing, and related work throughout Pickering and the surrounding Southern Ontario area. This website exists to share information about those services and to let you get in touch with us.

Any pricing, estimate, or quote we provide — whether through this website, by phone, or in person — is an estimate only and is not a binding contract until it is confirmed in writing by both you and CD Roofing. Estimates may change based on an on-site assessment, the actual scope of work, material availability, site conditions, or other factors identified once work is underway.

Submitting a request through this website does not create a service agreement or obligate either party until a formal agreement is signed.
