One Crew for the Whole Envelope

Roofing is only part of the story. We install seamless eavestroughs, aluminum soffit and fascia, siding, and properly balanced attic ventilation — so water leaves the roof and stays out of your walls.

What's Included

  • Seamless 5" and 6" aluminum eavestroughs (any colour)
  • Downspouts, elbows and extensions
  • Leaf guards and gutter protection
  • Aluminum soffit (vented and solid)
  • Aluminum & steel fascia wrap
  • Vinyl and engineered wood siding
  • Attic intake and exhaust ventilation
  • Attic insulation top-ups to R60

Seamless eavestroughs

Custom-formed on-site to the exact length of your fascia — no seams in the runs means no leaks in the runs. Available in 5" residential and 6" oversized profiles in every standard colour.

Soffit, fascia & downspouts

The trim that finishes the roof and moves water away from the house. We wrap fascia in matching aluminum coil stock so it never needs painting again and install ventilated soffit sized to the attic's intake requirement.

Siding

Full-house re-siding or partial replacement in vinyl, engineered wood or fibre cement. Insulated house wrap and proper flashing at every penetration are included by default — not optional upgrades.

Attic ventilation

Half the roofs we look at are ventilated wrong — too much exhaust, not enough intake, or the wrong ridge vent. Balanced ventilation is the single biggest factor in how long the shingles above it will last.

Frequently Asked

Can you do eavestroughs at the same time as a new roof?

Yes — and we recommend it. Doing them together saves a mobilization, lets us tie the drip edge and gutter together correctly, and typically saves 10–15% on the eavestrough portion.

Do gutter guards actually work?

The good ones do — micro-mesh systems with rigid frames keep leaves and pine needles out. The plastic clip-in inserts from big-box stores generally don't.

Do you top up attic insulation?

Yes, blown-in cellulose or fibreglass to R60. It's usually the highest-return exterior upgrade you can do to an older Pickering home.
