Our story
C.D. Roofing started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners in Durham Region were getting roofs installed by crews who moved on the moment the last shingle was nailed down. Warranty calls went unanswered. Small issues turned into ceiling stains.
We built the company around the opposite idea — that a roofer's job isn't finished at install day, it's finished at year ten when the roof is still exactly as it was on the day we left.
Today we're a family-owned team of direct-employed installers with certifications from every major shingle manufacturer, backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty that's genuinely honoured — not fine-printed away.
